What we collect. Account details (name, personal email, mobile number, optional official email), the profile and seafarer details you add, records your organization stores in MarinersDock apps, and technical logs (IP address, device, actions) for security and audit.

How we use it. To provide the service, secure accounts, show activity logs to organization administrators, prevent abuse and support you. We do not sell personal data.

Sharing. Your seafarer profile is shared with a company only when you apply to its job or check in at its office. Organization data is visible only to that organization's members.

Storage & security. Data is stored on Google Cloud in India, encrypted in transit and at rest, with backups and access logging.

Your rights. Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 you can access, correct or delete your data. Email support@marinersdock.com.
