How do I create an account?

Go to accounts.marinersdock.com → Create account. Verify your email by the link we send, then verify your mobile number by SMS code.

Can I use one mobile number for two accounts?

No. Each verified mobile number belongs to one account. If your number is already used, raise a support request and our team will fix it.

How does my company start?

After signing in, open the Console and create an organization. Choose apps (QMS, Check-in, Fleet, Jobs) and invite your team by email.

Who can see my seafarer profile?

Only you — and companies you apply to or check in with. Every access is recorded in the activity log.

Where is my data stored?

On Google Cloud in Mumbai (asia-south1), encrypted in transit and at rest, with daily backups.

We use another QMS today. Can you migrate?

Yes. We import users, vendors, forms, registers, training records and documents from your existing system.
