It’s called a “Streak”
May 30th, 2009 | by nightmare |After more than a month, it can be hard to remember what it’s like to win more than one consecutive game; but finally, the Seattle Mariners have put together the impressive winning streak of . . . two games. With “King” Felix on the mound today throwing against undefeated Matt Palmer of the Angels, we might be in for a nice pitching matchup. If the Mariners prevail for their third straight win, we can really get this party started.
In other news, despite the 5-2 victory against the Angels last night, Seattle lost half a game to the AL West leading Texas Rangers after the Rangers swept a doubleheader at home against Oakland.
